Nod offers flat rate shipping prices:

• Standard shipping delivers within 5-7 days: $7.99
• Expedited shipping delivers within 2-5 days: $15.99
• Free shipping on all orders over $150.00

 We do not take responsibility for orders showing confirmation of delivery.

Return policy

Exchanges: If your item is not fitting just right, or you prefer to exchange for a different item, we offer FREE exchanges (send your item back to us and receive your new item at no extra charge!)  Just email us to get started support@nodny.com or mininod@nodny.com for mini NOD orders. 
All items must be sent back unused and in its original packaging. 

Return: We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, NOD gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, for a refund within 16 days of placing your order.

- Return and restock fee is $11.99 or full store credit. Email us to request your full order amount in store credit. Support@nodny.com 

-Go to the Return Tab and put your order number and email address in to request a return. You can also click the following link to be guided to that page. http://nodny.returnscenter.com.

-We will send you a return form for you to fill out and send back to us to receive a shipping return label. As soon as we receive the items we will reimburse you, excluding the shipping/restocking charges of $11.99 or issue your store credit. 

-All sale items are final sale
